The Challenge
Al Bazzam Group operates a multi-branch business with its headquarters in Abu Dhabi and additional offices in Sharjah and Pakistan. Coordinating communications across three geographically dispersed locations — including an international branch — was a persistent operational challenge. International call costs were high, there was no unified extension system, and the Pakistan branch was almost entirely isolated.
What We Delivered
NETCUE designed and deployed a centralised IP telephony infrastructure using a Zycoo PBX system at the Abu Dhabi headquarters as the master node, with branch extensions at Sharjah and Pakistan integrated into the same unified dial plan. A Cisco VPN deployment created encrypted site-to-site tunnels between all three locations — allowing voice traffic to traverse the public internet securely. With all three branches connected over the Cisco VPN, the Zycoo PBX could treat every extension as part of the same internal network — staff could call any colleague at any location using a simple short-dial code with no international call charges.
The Outcome
Al Bazzam Group unified three offices across two countries onto a single Zycoo PBX system — eliminating international call charges between UAE and Pakistan branches, providing a seamless shared extension directory, and securing all inter-branch voice traffic through Cisco VPN tunnels.
