The Challenge
Panorama Mall in Riyadh is a flagship Hamat shopping destination with high daily footfall. The mall needed a guest Wi-Fi platform that could capture verified visitor data at scale.
What We Delivered
NETCUE deployed AccessCue — a complete cloud RADIUS, guest Wi-Fi and captive portal solution. Guests authenticate via captive portal with OTP verification (SMS) — each connection creates a verified subscriber record with mobile number and consent. No on-premise RADIUS, no hardware change. Guest Wi-Fi monetization is enabled through verified data capture: 1,000s of new daily subscribers feed the mall’s marketing database for campaigns, footfall analytics and return-visit tracking.
